Our Story
It all began with our love for coffee. The fragrance of coffee brings happiness, comfort and has us always coming back for more. The name ERA comes from our native language (Albanian), meaning smell. Not all coffee is created equal, which is why we went on a mission to find the best quality coffee available. In search for the best coffee, we found ourselves in Turin, Italy, where The Espresso got it’s name.

Our Roasters are a third generation family owned business located in Turin, Italy. They have been perfecting coffee roasting since 1950 and continue to preserve the recipe of the ancient roasting tradition handed down from one generation to the next.
Our Roasters
The raw beans go through an extensive health check before the roasting process begins. Raw beans are slowly roasted at low temperatures, using “rotary drum” technology and traditional methods in order to guarantee a high quality product. The roasters use their experience to determine when the beans have reached the correct roasting level, not a machine. Once the right degree of roasting has been reached, the beans are cooled down with natural air and mixed.
The Roasting Process
Coffee is known to release dopamine in your brain, which produces the happy feelings we associate with our first sip of coffee. It also increases our energy levels, improves brain function, and decreases stress.
